Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Body Forge AI, and at least 18 to subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, harass other people, reverse engineer the software, abuse our rate limits, scrape our content, or attempt to extract another user's data. Don't upload content you don't have the rights to. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. AI-generated content is not medical advice

Body Forge AI generates training programs and coaching responses using large language models. This output is not medical, physical-therapy, or professional training advice. It can be wrong, out of date, or inappropriate for your body. Consult a qualified clinician before starting any exercise program, especially if you're recovering from injury, pregnant, or managing a chronic condition. You lift at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing whether a prescribed exercise is safe for you to perform.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, the training program logic, and the Body Forge AI brand are owned by Escape Tech Enterprises LLC. You keep ownership of the training data you enter (workouts, measurements, notes). By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that data so we can run the Service for you — generating programs, coaching responses, analytics, and backups.

5. Payment, trial, and refunds

• Price. The subscription is $24.99 per month, billed in advance by Stripe.
• Free trial.New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. You'll only be charged if you start a subscription after the trial ends.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription. Cancellation ends auto-renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first charge by emailing support@bodyforge.ai. Refunds are processed within 3 business days. Subsequent charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Price changes.We may change the price for future billing periods. If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect — you can cancel before it does.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that remain unpaid after a reasonable notice period, or that pose a security or legal risk to us or other users. On termination, we delete your personal data on the timeline described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escape Tech Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including injury resulting from exercise. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — in that case, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Salem, Oregon, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and Escape Tech Enterprises LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
