Billing FAQ
When am I billed?
Your first charge happens when you subscribe — the 7-day trial needs no card at all. After that you're billed monthly on the same calendar day, and the next billing date is always visible on your Subscription tab.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Subscription tab in your profile (or the Stripe billing portal) and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charges after that.
What happens when my trial ends?
Training pauses but nothing is deleted — your program, workout history, and PRs are preserved. Subscribe whenever you like and pick up exactly where you left off.
What if a payment fails?
We'll email you and Stripe retries the card automatically for about a week. You keep full access during the retry window — update your payment method from the Subscription tab to fix it.
How do refunds work?
